This is a web-based utility to filter microarray data based on two criteria, and reformat the data in a format accepted by the Bioconductor package. It process multiple microarray data sets at once. To use this program, you need to quantify all your images with the softWoRx Tracker software (Applied Precision, WA) first, export the data using this template, save as tab-delimited text files, and finally compress all txt file in a single zip file.
