The latest version of ArrayNormalization can normalize both cDNA microarray data and CGH array data. The source data should be an Excel file generated by digitalGENOME (Applied Precision/MolecularWare), or a text file exported by Excel. A few fields including Row, Column, and all spots background measurements should be exported. Here is an example of export template, and a sample file is also available in Excel format and tab-delimited text format.
